- Rei Nakanishi traveled to the United States in 2016 and began his career as an artist while working as an assistant to Meguru Yamaguchi in New York City.
- After returning to Japan in 2019, he produced and released his most renowned series, "Flower of Life.”
- Based in Shizuoka Prefecture, he continues to exhibit his works both in Japan and internationally.
